Shiprocket Launches Fastrr, an AI-Native Checkout and Commerce Platform Built to Connect Marketing Spend to Actual Delivered Orders

Shiprocket presented a revolutionary platform at SHIVIR 2026 that combines checkout processing, a system for automation on WhatsApp, shopper intelligence, and ads performance measurement tools based on delivered orders than clicks

Shiprocket introduced Fastrr, a new suite for pre-orders and checkout, thus making a leap from AI theoretical discussions to practical implementations. The new solution aims at minimizing friction during the purchase process, thus providing marketers with more assurance that their investment into the promotion will bring order fulfillment results.

What Fastrr Actually Does

The platform consolidates capabilities that most D2C brands currently stitch together from multiple disconnected tools: frictionless checkout, anonymous visitor recognition, personalised WhatsApp automation, AI shopping assistance, and conversion optimisation. Rather than treating these as separate functions, Fastrr integrates them into a single layer built on Shiprocket’s commerce graph, a learning system fed by millions of buyer interactions across the company’s shipping and checkout ecosystem that is designed to improve continuously as more transactions flow through it.

The Ads Product That Sets It Apart

The most practically distinctive feature of Fastrr is its advertising capability, which measures performance using what Shiprocket calls True Delivered ROAS, optimising for orders actually delivered rather than last-click conversions or attributed spend. For brands that deal with returns, logistics slippage, or misleading attribution models, this metric shift can meaningfully change how campaign budgets are allocated. The gap between ad performance on paper and fulfilment reality on the ground is a persistent problem for Indian D2C brands, and Fastrr’s ads product is built specifically around closing it.

The Problem It Is Solving

The initiative was led by Shiprocket CEO Saahil Goel, who challenged Indian business owners and argued that those who manage to implement AI tools into their operations in the upcoming 12 months will be able to gain a significant edge which will be hard to overcome in the future. Fastrr is designed to replace the complicated pre-order stacks with one integrated solution thus helping businesses don’t waste their time and efforts for operating several solutions.
