The new offering targets ultra-high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and business families as the financial services group strengthens its wealth management operations.
As per the latest reports, InCred Capital has now launched InCred Black, which serves as a specialized wealth management offering that’s aimed at ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNIs), entrepreneurs, and business families in India. The Mumbai-based financial services company announced the launch on August 25, 2026, as part of its broader effort to deepen its presence in the country’s high-value wealth management segment.
InCred Black will bring together services covering asset allocation, alternative investments, public and private markets, credit, liquidity management, and global investing. The offering will draw on the wider investment and advisory capabilities available across InCred Capital and the InCred Group.
Joining hands are senior wealth management executives.
Alok Agrawal, HarmeetSahney, and ZarksisGotla have joined the initiative as Co-Founders. The three executives have extensive experience in wealth management and previously played a role in building Avendus’ wealth business. Together, they bring more than 80 years of experience from financial institutions including Kotak, Barclays, and Credit Suisse. Their responsibilities at InCred Black will include developing client relationships, shaping the new business and helping build its specialist team.
The appointments of these senior wealth management executives come as competition increases among Indian financial institutions seeking to serve wealthy entrepreneurs and family offices with increasingly complex investment and financing requirements.
InCred wealth crosses ₹1 lakh crore in AUM.
The launch builds on InCred’s existing wealth management business, which the company said has crossed ₹1 lakh crore in assets under management (AUM). InCred Black is intended to provide a more specialized proposition for the UHNI segment while operating alongside the broader wealth business. The company said that the specialist enterprise and capabilities developed through the new platform could also support its existing wealth management operations where appropriate.
High-net-worth individuals increasingly require access to a wider range of financial products beyond traditional equities and fixed-income investments. InCred Black’s stated focus includes alternative investments, private markets, credit, and global investment opportunities. The platform will also offer liquidity-related solutions, an area that can be particularly relevant for entrepreneurs and business families managing concentrated holdings, private businesses or significant capital requirements. InCred Capital CEO Nitin Rao said the new business would add greater specialization to the company’s existing wealth franchise, while Founder and Group CEO Bhupinder Singh described the launch as an expansion of the group’s capabilities for sophisticated clients.
InCred Black is expected to now expand its team with additional senior bankers and specialists as the business develops. The company has indicated that building deeper expertise and client coverage will be a key part of its growth strategy. InCred Capital operates across wealth and asset management, investment banking, capital markets, institutional equities research and broking. It’s a separate vertical from InCred Money and InCred Finance, which operate as distinct businesses within the wider InCred Group.
